Our History

Stefanina Vitale Roderick left her native Sicily at the age of 14. and immigrated to the United States with the hope of achieving the American dream.  Stef was a hard worker, great cook and a loving mother.  A tough, but fair woman who lived by the golden rule of treating others as she would have wanted to be treated.  Our family strives to make Stef proud!
